As much money as Google has invested in their search technology and AI, there are still some simpler things that the mighty search engine has problems with.
This URL does exist and it’s actually a filter type result from smarter.com. But checking to see if Google has indexed that page, brings up an error. See picture below.

However, Yahoo does a slightly better job at indexing that product page. Of course if you notice the title in Yahoo’s result, it is not the actual page’s title. So SSP is probably used by smarter.com to make sure these filtered pages are indexed properly.

This is the first time I’ve seen Google mess something this simple up. Smarter.com is no small domain and drives a lot of traffic. So Google has to know that a Smarter.com URL is not Smartor right? Smartor.com doesn’t even exist as a website and is owned by a surgical business - see their whois. So Google is confusing a domain that isn’t live with one that actually exists?
I’m not sure what to make of this - maybe someone can shed some light on this for me?
